Jenn Dougherty is the founder of Mediate With Grace, LLC, a divorce mediation firm dedicated to helping families resolve conflict with clarity, dignity, and compassion. Having navigated her own divorce, Jenn brings firsthand understanding to a process that can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain.

Jenn is committed to offering a cost-effective, peaceful alternative to litigation. One that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their futures and their children. Her approach emphasizes efficiency, reduced conflict, and sustainable agreements that support long-term co-parenting success.

She holds two master’s degrees from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law: a Master of Dispute Resolution and a Master of Legal Studies, with training through the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Jenn’s background as a Division I NCAA scholar-athlete and national champion Junior Olympic softball player informs her disciplined, solution-oriented approach to mediation.

Having successfully navigated shared custody and co-parenting herself, even under challenging circumstances, Jenn meets clients with both empathy and practical insight. Her goal is to guide families toward resolutions that are thoughtful, balanced, and built to last.
